With its new 3,000 sqm fashion store in the Monheimer Tor shopping center, multibrand retailer Robert Ley celebrates a stylish comeback – in a refined atmosphere with premium sound. 85 fashion brands, spacious lounge areas, and a harmonious lighting and interior concept invite customers to shop and relax.
A true eye-catcher: the calm mix of dark wood, metal, and Italian tiles. A true treat for the ears: the wireless sound system from NewTec Design : Audio – fully integrated, discreet, and intelligently zoned.
Subtle technology for a strong atmosphere
For the acoustic backdrop, a SMART Audio System was installed – perfectly complementing the open, loft-style architecture. Together with our partner project-A&T, the following components were implemented:

The result: a consistent sound experience across two floors – with no visible technology, cables, or complex installations.

With four fitting areas, café bars on both floors, and digital in-store communication, Robert Ley Monheim focuses on comfort and customer loyalty. Pleasant background music creates a relaxed shopping atmosphere – perfectly matched to each area and time of day.
Thanks to zoned control, areas like lounges, checkout zones, or fitting rooms can be individually adjusted – for the perfect sound experience, exactly where it’s needed.
