Founded in 1971, the family-owned company Hartlauer is one of Austria’s most important commercial companies. The company is based on the four sectors “Photography”, “Mobile phone”, “Optics” and “Hearing aids”.

Hartlauer, whose headquarters is in Upper Austria, Steyr, currently employs over 1,450 employees in 160 stores. The pillars “optics” and “hearing aids” form an important part of the health care market for the company with the lion in the logo.

In the individual shops, they still worked without background music. This should change, however, since this plays a central role for the purchasing atmosphere.

The ceiling-mounted loudspeaker CONO alto with its extremely wide sound distribution over 360° is a guarantee for high-quality and precise sound reproduction. It is distinguished by the simplest ceiling mounting in an elegant design. The CONO alto is not recognizable as a conventional loudspeaker due to its unique appearance. It does not require any grille, which ensures a clear and precise sound reproduction. Furthermore, with a minimum installation depth of only 45mm, the insert is particularly suitable for very low deck construction.

Due to the homogeneous 360 ° sound distribution, less loudspeakers than usual are required to create a homogenous sound surface.

The new wireless subwoofer “SUB canto WiFi” is a world novelty used for the first time at Bulthaup in Braunschweig, to match the high-quality kitchen exhibition on a total area of 1900 m2 for discerning customers. Our goal: to pack a rich bass for the production of emotions into a simple, elegant and compact case at the same time. This subwoofer can be hooked into existing circuit boards and then, together with the speakers CONO canto WiFi, offer the perfect hi-fi sound in sales environments without occupying valuable sales space … and all without cables!

This philosophy is reflected both in the appearance of the three Hamburg premium locations (Airport, Hauptbahnhof and Altona station), as well as in the respective product range within the markets. The in-store music program, the TAMME partner Radio P.O.S., was also developed in accordance with special quality criteria.
