Bolzano/New York. January 1, 2005 NewTec Audio Systems GmbH, provider of advanced loudspeaker systems, today announced the appointment of New York based Transcent Group LLC as its exclusive distributor for North America. Under the terms of the agreement, Transcent will market NewTec’s products to Professional Sound & Audio Firms, for applications in Industry, Commerce, Corporate and Government projects.
The agreement represents the latest step in NewTec’s aggressive strategy for international expansion. In just one year, the Company has established sales and distribution channels in the USA, Canada, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland. More countries are expected to follow in 2005.
